Return & Replacement Window

Customers can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligible Cases

• Product received is damaged
• Product is broken or leaked
• Incorrect product delivered

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests. The video must clearly show:

• Unopened package
• Clear opening of the parcel
• Visible damage or issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or replacement.
